Always my Least favorite part of the painting process: the acrylic underpainting. Always so blochy and well.. "unfinished" looking. I just have to push past this stage knowing it will all come together in the final painting...
I believe I did this one a couple of months ago but forgot to post it.. Digital pin up of fitness pro/female body builder Jessica Vetter as an angel...
Here is a sketch for a new commission. The customer wants herself painted as Power Girl, Fun Idea! Done and done!
Title says it all really. I dig this painting though, with it's muted color pallet and gothic windows and raven it's a bit of something different...
New sketches... including one for fetish model RubberDoll and fetish model Idelsy Love as well as the beautiful Salma Hayek (she is unaware I drew her.) Also included, the most recent sketch, a mermaid caricature sketch. These are all drawn with charcoal pencil on grey tinted paper...dig.
It's been a bit since I've updated this here blog of mine, here is the latest digital pinup with a victorian theme no less..dig
Well it's been a little while but I'm back. Recently I finished this group of pinups to be used as logos for a customer's BBQ spice company called "Big 'n Sexy. I did 6 for now with themes relating to the type of BBQ rub each represents. check 'em out!
Complete with T-34 and all! haha anywho, it's been what? like a year since I started this one....ridiculous.
Dig. This customer wanted a pinup of his wife with a grill as a logo for his BBQ business/team called "Meat Candy". The digital painting was then printed on aluminum as a sign for their grill. They then proceeded to win first place in the first BBQ contest they brought her to. Pretty rad.
